"And Now.........The Time Has Come," the Walrus Said...........

By Dick O'Connor

It's here......the time to check your ammunition, clean your gun barrels, select you targets, and get ready for hell. We have seen enough. Our democracy is being stolen from us before our very eyes. The liberals will use our own laws against us, defy the Constitution, corrupt their own party, anything, short of showing some moral values in order to keep power. There is nothing too low for them to do in order to win. Alexander de Toqueville, James Madison, John Jay and many others have told us that our democracy would not endure if we did not keep our moral compass.

Morals, to the liberals, can be defined as to politics; human rights, equality of all beliefs and orientations including homosexuality, and on and on. No black or white. No one to make judgments. Morals, to our founders, meant each person's relationship to God and the tenets of our upbringing. Since we have excused O.J. Simpson, and even moreso, since we declined to judge the president on his impeachment, morals have been more and more defined as political. Now we are reaping the whirlwind of sowing to the wind of our declining morals.

There is one very weak point in the liberal grab for power. They are usually a bunch of weak sisters, who faint at the sight of a firearm, and who unanimously oppose the right to keep and bear arms. There are numerous targets for our anger, both in the media and in the Democratic party. They should be studied carefully and selected with logic. No action should be taken at this time, but we cannot let these people steal our country. If the election is stolen, we will see riots in the street, insurrection, and desertion of the military. Our country may not survive, but at least the liberals will not have stolen it. As Thomas Paine said, "These are the times that try men's souls." Let us be ready to have our own souls tried. Keep your powder dry!
