The Socialist Media
is doing everything it can possibly do to arouse sympathy for the Muslims in
America. The do-gooders seem to be trying to force us to look out for this
sect. They forget one primary rule: we have to be alive, ourselves, before
we can protect anybody.
In WWII, there was no such liberal media. All of the newspapers and radio
stations couldn't do enough to help the war effort. When the Japanese
Americans were interned in camps, every one knew it was the right thing to
do. No one criticized the action. No one pointed out that some of the
internees were not going to hurt us. Yet, we troops felt better in the
knowledge that we could not be hurt from within. In truth, some young
Japanese Americans became fierce fighters for our nation at Anzio and other
battlegrounds against the Nazis. They were not allowed to fight in the
Pacific because it was feared they might turn against us. We felt some small
sorrow for the fact that people were imprisoned, but we felt it was
necessary. The detainees had not been murdered or tortured. Families were
not split up. We fed and clothed them and saw to their health needs. After
the war, they were released and returned to their homes, although most of
them had lost everything. Still later, they were allowed to sue for their
losses and were compensated.
On their homeland, the Japanese practiced Shintoism, an offshoot of
Buddhism, which glorified war and conquest. The very word 'Kamikaze'
signified dying for the Emperor and going to heaven because of the
sacrifice. We had a tough time with the Kamikazes'.
We are faced with a similar situation today with the Islamic radicals. Can
we tell which Muslims in this country put America above their religion? If
so, how? The Media shows us the plight of Muslims who are persecuted by
Americans. The media does not dwell on the pictures of Arab celebrations in
East Jerusalem, Ramallah, Gaza City, Nablus, etc. Nor does the media dwell
on the confiscation of films and tapes of press people who were threatened
if they broadcast the celebrations. The PLO and the Muslim groups all over
the world show a great knowledge of Public Relations, and issue press
releases by the dozens each day. Notice the PR given to the picture of
Yasser Arafat 'giving blood' to the victims of our own Holocaust. It was
expert! Grim face, needle ready to be inserted. What a PR masterpiece! And
how our Liberal Media loved it! It was given prominent space in every major
newspaper in our country! Want to bet on whether or not any blood was taken
from Arafat?
The GI who has to smoke these people out will sleep better in his foxhole if
he knew we weren't subject to attack from within; if all Muslims in this
country were confined, or sent back to the Middle East.
This action would arouse an immediate reaction from those countries that
supply us with 40% of our oil. No matter what this administration or any
administration will tell you, it's all about oil. Bush is trying to walk a
fine line, as did his father did, to punish an Arab terrorist country
without offending the rest of the Arab nations so that they will not cut off
the oil.
As an alternate plan, would you be willing to pay $7.50 to $10.00 a gallon
for gas and then not have enough to go around? That is just part of the
price we would have to pay to put the Muslims under confinement. This would
endure until we uncapped our own wells and tapped new sources such as the
Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Perhaps you are a flag-waving,
candle-toting demonstrator yourself. Do you think the flag-waving or the
candles or the shouting really helped? Reality is knocking at the door.
