Accountability

Some of the questions I am about to ask offend even me, if not for knowing what my overall objective is.

America's old problems did not stop and go away on September 11, 2001. The same old needs continue. We just added new troubles.

As of September 10, there were regions in Southern California where about 35% of the adult workforce was surviving on some type of government assistance. Some Indian reservations had over 50% unemployment. Major industries were sending jobs outside our borders, solely for cheaper labor. A month later, things have only gotten worse.

What do you watch for entertainment? The TV show "Dark Angel" is shot in Vancouver, Canada, not Hollywood. The producer also worked on the movie "Titanic," shot mostly in Mexico. I visited 2 construction sites in Southern California last week. No one on either site were native born, English speaking Americans. 85% were Mexican. Anyone working construction here, virtually must speak Spanish.

Why don't I see Democrats apologizing for opening our borders to massive illegal immigration which allowed violent extremists to enter and live a high life among us until they committed the worst act of terrorism in history? Democrats continue to attack family values and castrate our military, while sacrificing massive amounts of privacy for law abiding citizens. New airport scanners I am told, give a color, almost pornographic view of people walking through them. And this "peep show parade" is videotaped! So now any of us that fly could end up on some internet porno site. A WorldNetDaily reporter's 9 year old daughter was exposed to a body search that bordered on child molestation.

Whether on TV, or corner T-shirt and Flag stands, I see "a portion of sales going to New York relief efforts." So I now must ask an ugly question. Who is getting this money and what are they doing with it?

The multi-network celebrity concert telethon gave its money to the United Way. Doesn't anyone remember their recent financial mismanagement scandals? I'm sorry to say Red Cross had another scandal in recent years. With the Bush administration push for faith based charities, why did these 2 scandal ridden organizations get immediate control of millions of dollars? United Way especially offends me for supporting Planned Parenthood's abortion activities. Even if an allotted amount ends up in the right hands, I object to a corrupt organization getting ANY help from me toward their administration expenses.

And I really must bring up another somewhat insensitive, yet gruelingly crucial question. The people we saw wearing thousand dollar suits, falling to their deaths when the towers collapsed, were in what profession? Many were insurance people. World Trade Center, zip code 10048 was probably the most prestigious address any stock, bond, commodities broker or insurance executive could have in the entire nation. These had to be successful, extremely profitable people just to afford the rent. Even though I sympathize immensely with the families for the loss of life, I have to ask the brutally honest question, if these were insurance people, didn't they have huge life insurance policies? Why am I donating money to help these families that lived in much nicer housing that I can afford? I fully realize that many low wage office workers were killed also, yet I'm seeing nationwide donations approaching or exceeding $200 million.

The workers I see in the clean up crew are fire department employees already on NYC payroll. The RIM news is already reporting that Mafia controlled trucking firms are stealing scrap metal and hauling it for sale rather that to an evidence gathering storage yard. Knowing what valuable paperwork is kept at brokerage firms, I have to assume many other valuable items are scattered throughout the rubble, with much greater resale value than just the scrap iron frame work. And there certainly better be armed security guards there when they reach the vaults containing the Comex's 12 tons of gold used in futures trading.

On September 10, 2001, anywhere in the USA, a person could, and often was, fired for talking too much about religion and politics on the job. On September 11, about 7,000 people were killed because no one could talk about religion and politics, the entire cause for the tragedy.

Readers of 888WebToday know religion and politics control everything in the world. If you work in 2 ivory towers with 12 tons of gold in your basement, you are still not immune to religion and politics. If both of these are not in balance, the third most powerful topic, finances are a mute point. And basic survival, food, clothing, housing and transportation become impossible. Which is why Christ said "seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you."
