2001: The Face Yet to See

Philosophy taught to children becomes the policy of the next generation. This is scary. As I pointed out in my year-end article, misguided technology has propelled the masses toward a path of certain destruction. Are there any righteous leaders in the world today? Will anyone listen to them when they do try to speak? Scripture guides us in all matters. But while we obtain our daily survival in this society of "wheat and tares," who can we trust and work with?

Pre-tribbers anxiously await Christ showing his face. Mid and Post-Tribbers are looking for the antichrist and false prophet to appear on the political front. And hyper-Calvinists are evangelically telling us all to do nothing because we have no control over it.

It grieves me to have to deal with all these conflicting opinions from fellow believers almost daily. And while we argue over the gnat in one another's eyes and ignore the logs in our own, Satan continues to destroy the lost and diminish our effectiveness to help the world. I've written on this many times before. It's the old divide and conquer strategy. Truth is in the Bible. Either accept it, believe it and live it or get out of my face.

So getting back to what I was supposed to be writing about when I started this column back in March of 2000, let's get back to the business of business for survival so we can have the financial resources we need go live productive Christian lives.

Good technology. It has been hidden from all for over a hundred years when big business conspired with government leaders to create monopolies surrounding certain poor technologies and deny good ones to the common man. Allowing several different crooks to control the only technology known, presented the appearance that no monopoly existed. In the late 1800's,
Nikola Tesla showed Westinghouse his early studies of electricity. This allowed electricity to be sent through hundreds of miles of wire efficiently. But when he came upon more advanced technology that would have provided free energy to anyone, J.P. Morgan, the pet banker for Westinghouse, withdrew funding from Tesla for him to complete his work because there would be no profit in free energy.

Likewise, political corruption in the medical profession has systematically kept answers to serious medical problems from the public at large. How many years, and how many millions of dollars has the American Cancer Society taken only to tell us to lower our fat intake. And they don't even have solid proof of that causing cancer. Talk show host Warren Duffy in Los Angeles had to take his wife to Mexico for ovarian cancer treatment. A year later, she's in good health. Conventional treatment under the US medical system could have killed her in the same period of time like it did a relative of mine. America worships gods who wear white coats and ignore alternative and natural solutions because we have been brainwashed into believing that only academia can teach a doctor how to doc. Oblivious to the fact that college boards are dependent on the grants and support from the drug industry and thus teach inadequate medicine to today's students due entirely to corrupt practices in the school's management.

Discernment continues to be an ongoing challenge to separate the legendary home remedy that one culture taught us from another approach that may be better. Conventional doctors do not have a monopoly on truth. We must of course proceed with caution. Liars exist at all levels. But God did give us answers to major problems.

Just as some of the most effective Christian evangelists come from a seriously decadent past, I find the best proponents of these new alternative health procedures are former conventional doctors.

Doctor Lorraine Day has made some amazing discoveries in treating cancer. She was a former orthopedic surgeon at a major university. Dr. Joel Wallach has published several books showing how a simple mineral deficiency in diet can cause numerous serious problems down the road. He was a conventional doctor himself until his wife was killed by an overdose of chemotherapy in 1978. That woke him up to studying alternative methods to maintain good health.

The Clinton era of grossly irresponsible behavior led many venture capitalists to dump billions of dollars into flaky "high tech" schemes creating huge losses to investors. Time after time you would see the prospectus for the new company showing some executive founder with an academic credential from some noted school. Yet I have seen more than one great idea be rudely ignored by the financial community. More often than not, the business plan that failed to get funding did not have any impressive "college" degrees to create false credibility. I still cannot understand the reason so many good ideas are rejected other than the overall satanic blinding of the hearts of men. The greedy spirit of JP Morgan that torpedoed Nikola Tesla at a critical time is still alive today. Energy costs have no sane reason to be where they are at today. The information age is leaking Tesla's findings to too many people to keep this blazing candle under a hat much longer. Despite the sad times we know are ahead for some matters, other areas will actually have a happy face.
