Who Tuned this HAARP
By Late Nite LeRoy

Something spectacular happened in the sky over Europe and the Middle East on Oct. 10th,
this year. It was so big, only two weather satellites caught the whole event. The UFO
freaks are having a hay day with this, but if you look at the focal point of the images,
it appears to emanate from Alaska.
I cross checked the University of Alaska website, http://w3.nrl.navy.mil/projects/haarp/
which documents and archives all HAARP activity, and the thing was definitely on and
broadcasting during the time this event occurred, about noon GMT on Oct. 10, 2000. It
appears they discovered a wave harmonic that creates momentary condensation of clouds at
select altitudes.
Brush up on your French and check out these sites: The 2 critical images are at: http://208.151.160.168/CV/ and http://208.151.160.168/CV/GeneralView.html
The animated view is most spectacular if you can get your browser to play it properly.
Once again, Europe gets news a week or more before it ever reaches the American paparazzi.
But something disturbs me more than a cloud show in the sky. Some have tried to show a
correlation of HAARP activity preceding all the school shootings we've had over the last 2
or 3 years. Since HAARP works with a myriad of energy wavelengths and amplitudes
simultaneously, it would take a team of Phd's with super computers to actually prove this
claim. However, these pictures appear to prove it was pointing it's broadcast towards the
Eastern hemisphere that day. October 10th was one day after Yom Kippur and the very day
Palestinian hostilities escalated sharply. We know the Middle East is a volatile group to
begin with, but why add this factor to the mess?
