Glitch Gulch
No, Y2k was not just a bad dream. Dare I refer to Clinton's Y2k czar who kept 2 or 3 mainframe systems running untouched through the roll over. All failed and shut down. If the billions we spent, had not been spent, the doom and gloomsters would have been more than correct.
Nevertheless, bugs do continue. And some are quite serious, although not serious enough for the RIM to admit Y2k may still be hiding in silicon near you.
I have found one site that does report these glitches. Go see for yourself what is still happening daily and judge for yourself whether you'll trust your life with these silicon boxes that occasionally have a temperament worse than a junk yard dog.
