Part Five of the Five Part Series: Where Do We Go From Here?

A haunting question to be sure, but nevertheless a question that needs to be answered by everyone moved to rage, that has taken time to read this story.

As we have gone out to talk radio all over America with this sad tale of corruption and larceny at the highest levels of some of our most powerful institutions, there should go out such a cry of anger and disgust, to set in motion a modicum of change. But I wonder how the outrage will take its form?

I guess each of us has our 15 minutes of fame. After sharing this story with D.C. radio talk host Cliff Kincade, the very next evening on Fox's The O'Reilly Factor, one Jack Sanders surfaced to argue for the Russian government.

Sanders, a former CBS correspondent assigned to Moscow for the last 9 years, now head of an elite Washington Think Tank for economic development for the advancement of the Russian economy, was pale in his attempt to defend the very corrupt Boris Yelstin.

In traditional hard-hitting O'Reilly fashion, the feisty television host confirmed our story to the letter. He wanted to know why Yelstin, as reported by the somewhat free press of his country, had over 11 Million dollars in a private Swiss bank account, and 20 additional Swiss accounts that go unexplained. The over weight Russian also has recently acquired a castle in Spain and owns a Yacht bigger than 3 football fields. How could such a champion of the peasants develop such wealth on a modest salary of less than half of our own American President?

Mr. Sanders looked down at the interviewer's desk and could not muster an intelligent answer. Even more shocking, when host O"Reilly asked how many American tax -payer dollars were stolen by the Russian leaders over the last 15 years, the answer bears repeating. Without looking up into the camera, the answer came almost as a whisper.

Maybe one, maybe two Billion dollars per month, over the last 204 months. The X-CBS foreign correspondent offered this lame excuse: "Everyone knows the Russians are corrupt, they have always been that way, so lets move on, not much anyone can do about it.

Once again, on the Clinton/Gore watch a major scandal, which has been thoroughly swept under the carpet. Perhaps over a staggering half of a trillion U.S. green backs stolen and not reported missing.

Why? Because, the possible disgrace that would be sure to swallow the Clinton Administration, would have certainly added major disgrace to the lame Clinton legacy. More importantly, Gore knew early on via a top CIA memo, of the colossal looting by the Russians from IMF programs, but chose to shred the secret memo. Was this done to protect the President's close friend, Grigore Loutchansky, who routed the majority of the stolen money thorough Nordex and seven affiliate companies tied to him? Now Al Gore wants to be our President? Without so much as a blink, a wink or a nod! No guilt, no remorse, no anything from the Vice President.

Yelsin quietly slipped out of office, laughing all the way to the bank. Clinton called the retired leader, bold and courageous?? In typical spin, not wanting to graft additional damage his fragile ego. He would let this buffoon and his little band of general's loot Billions from our National Treasury, via the International Monetary Fund, without so much as a whisper or a word of caution to the nations law makers.

The story is well documented, yet goes unreported in the mainstream press. Who are they protecting and why? Are the top leaders afraid that this story would some how compromise our national security? To really put this absurd tale into context, listen to the cry on the national Presidential campaign trail.

Both Republican's are blaming the other for not setting aside some of the mythical, so called surplus. Please realize that there is no surplus when you stand it up against a mountain of $6 Trillion in current National debt. It's laughable to hear the front runners talking with such passion about savings Medicare and Social Security, while completely side- stepping the IMF money scandal of the century.

Both sides of the aisle have been robbing the Social Security, so called, "Trust Fund, for over 25 years now, without shame! Most of the National debt was racked up over the last 20 years floating boat loads of critical American tax dollars into worthless third world failed programs via the World bank and the International Monetary Fund. Hopefully these latest blockbuster blunders will cause the demise of these anti-American, reckless, U.S. supported cash cows of the One-World thieves!

As long as they believe, they have gotten away with the rape and pillage of Billions of critical American resources, weak-minded Washington politicians, both the Republicans and the Democrats are going to dodge this silver bullet.

Please try and remember that your sons and daughters and mine will have to pay these ill-spent Billions back over the next 50 years! While these third world Mega- crooks will be living a plush life in castles, eating and drinking and living on the high side, while our children struggle with a dark and unsure future.

We would not even have a 6 trillion dollar National debt, if the American public had not been asleep at the switch and let our so-called representatives vote for wacky fraud ridden programs like Russian privatization schemes,, which were, like many other International money-programs, seriously flawed from the very beginning! Wake up America, they're stealing our money! Or do you care?

Seriously, we owe our families and our fellow Americans a duty to not let this scandal slip away into the fuzzy disinterested memory of the liberal press.

Remember that politicians will sit and do nothing for fear that their own-feathered bed may get roughed up in such a broad-based odious affair. Everyone that takes the time to read these stories should call as many friends and family with heated anger. Tell them to call their friends and all need to write strong passionate letters to your individual Congressmen demanding IMF and World Bank reform.

If you wait for the other guy to write, nothing will get done. These robber barons will continue to loot and disfigure our national financial landscape with their own personal criminal agendas.

In my view, we should immediately freeze all funding to these agencies and demand that the International thieves return every penny to the U.S. Tax Payers. Just because Boris Yelstin crafted a "you can,t touch me exit visa that does not mean that we can not hold a open inquiry and demand restitution of these missing Billions from their secret Swiss bank accounts.

Having spent a great deal of my adult business life in the Banking industry, and I can tell each of you, with absolute impunity, that the Federal Reserve knows in great detail, how and when and where these mountains of bank wires, representing Billions of U.S. dollars are located.

Barring out right total dismantling of these two international fraudulent institutions, we must now insist that there is an extensive over-site committee, that manages the funding and the allocation process. At this moment, there exists no way to determine how or where these huge blocks of American cash are going.

Even if these ill-directed funds were to have brought some measure of relief to these godless countries, the question of dishing out such volumes of cash, at a time when our own internal security; Social Security and Medicare is running the risk of going broke, is an abomination and an insult to our collective intelligence. These questions still remain UN-answered.

At the end of the day, the only true way to protect against these lawless assaults on our National Treasury is to get the brutal unabridged truth out. These policies which are hatched and furthered in our Nations Capitol, depend a great deal on darkness and secrete policies, that often fly below the public radar screen.

Rational American's, for the most part, would never agree to 90% of these wacky schemes. But if our elected Representatives, vote for these flawed programs and we are not made aware of their voting records or the existence of these risky programs, we as a nation of hard working people will be doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past. The Fleecing will continue!

The National debt will continue to grow at an alarming rate, we will from time to time become outraged. Russian crooks will continue to laugh all the way to their fat Swiss bank accounts and guy's like Jack Sanders, unwilling to look into the camera directly, will look especially dumb and dumber as he offers a preposterous argument: " HEY, WE KNOW THEY'RE CORRUPT; LETS MOVE ON. So, answer the hard question: where do we go from here?
