Small beginnings.  The ever forward looking Colonel House, pushed for a group on both sides of the Atlantic ocean.  This was to deal specifically with the creation of a future Global government.  Using the help of powerful and wealthy men, both inside and outside of government, they met at Paris's Majestic Hotel on May 30, 1919.

The result was the formation of a loosely nit group titled "Institute of International Affairs" later to be known throughout England as the "Royal Institute of International Affairs" and later in the United States, incorporated in July 21,1921 taking it's name from a undistinguished New York super club of the same name "Council on Foreign Relations." Both groups had the same goal to direct and guide, by political influence, public opinion toward the ultimate acceptance of a One World Government.

The organization is replete with many names from New York's high society and as such, has earned fame as being one of the upper crust's guided societies. Protected by the media and quietly working on what's best for the wealthy elite, often their political influences are not only directed at Globalism, but booking lucrative governmental contracts, especially when it comes to feathering each others interest in international banking, oil and other wartime time contracts!

Currently, their headquarters is at the elegant Pratt House in New York City, an estate that was donated to the group from one of Rockefeller's senior board members. Many of the members are also members of other exclusive clubs such as Washington's Metropolitan Club, The University Club, The Century Association, the Link's Club and many other liberal elite's.

CFR membership is by invitation only and was held to a posh list of 1600. Today membership is spreading outside of New York and Washington with close to 3,200 members and new efforts to recruit an additional 4,000 high ranking members from larger city and state governments throughout the USA.

Like a giant squid they are becoming more embolden, spreading their influence into every nook and cranny across America and by the late 1980's had in excess of 37 chapters targeting middle America's cities from coast to coast! Some of the original members included; Secretary of State Elihu Root, John Foster Dulles, and his brother Allen who once served as head of the CIA, syndicated columnists famed Walter Lippmann, Christian Herter was Secretary of State. Founding President, multi-millionaire John W. Davis, J.P. Morgan's personal attorney, Vice President Paul Cravath, a representative of Morgan's vast real estate holdings, and the Council's first chairman was one of Morgan's long time financial partners.

Friday, February 12, 1999 the Senate acquitted Council on Foreign Relations member President Clinton of all impeachment charges, ensuring he would finish his term in office. At least thirteen of the 100 Senators belong to the Council on Foreign Relations.

Only five Republicans Senators (Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe of Maine, Jim Jeffords of Vermont, Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania and John Chafee of Rhode Island) joined Democrats in opposing both articles. Two of the five, Olympia Snowe and John Chaffee, are Council on Foreign Relations members.

The Council on Foreign Relations together with the other elite societies unlawfully and knowingly combined, conspired, and agreed to substantially contribute to the establishment of one world order under the totalitarian dictatorship, at the direction and the control of members of Council on Foreign Relations, and the Royal Institute of International Affairs, {England's chapter} and members of their branch organizations in various nations throughout the world.  That is á totalitarianism on a global scale.
