A Five Part Series:

Part One: Massive Russian/IMF Corruption, the story behind the story.

By the way, how would you like to rip off the International Monetary Fund and get away with it? Sting the U.S. taxpayers to the tune of 20 Billion dollars or more, kill the hope of democracy in your country and dash the economic future of millions of honest people.

At risk on both sides of the Atlantic is stalled meaningful political reform for an already very fractured and economically sick mother Russia. Lets go for a little stroll down mid-century memory lane.

Follow the winding trail of money. First, we must travel back to a geopolitical moment in time just after 1929. Then on to 1946 the birthday of the IMF. Next we will touch on the melt down era, when the socioeconomic infrastructure in Russia began to buckle and twist under the horrific weight of 70 years of failed economic policies inherent in the anemic, Godless, Marxist Communist system. At the epi-center of the failure of Communism is a serious disregard for the noble spirit inherent in man and his desire to improve his lot in life for himself and his family.

The establishment press has even said quietly from time to time; "Hey wait, something is very rotten in Denmark, but has, for some unknown reason failed to take a closer look at the IMF and its cloak and dagger edicts and many secrete polices." Murky as it may be, this latest colossal international ripoff absolutely demands that the Congress launch a complete and exhaustive investigation.

Our rotund herd of insulated law- makers need to order lunch in and develop an interest in how all these garbage trucks full of cash, in the form of our ill-spent tax-dollars disappeared from the economic landscape. This money appears to have been redirected into private Swiss bank accounts.

Where is the bottom of this scandal? Interpole needs to find and restore the stolen money and the world judicial system needs to visit its wrath on the so-called untouchable Russian thieves.

Over the next five commentaries, I will try and bring additional focus to the following five important areas of discussion regarding the biggest heist ever perpetrated on the world.

Of late, much has been written in the unreported news. The popular neon-jet internet-electronic rags should win trophies for the tons of sticky news stories about the transfer of this enormous global wealth into the hands of six Russian criminals!

"Hey Harry" get your hound dogs and shot guns. These crooks are sorely in need of some right out of the tomato patch Southern Justice. As a condition precedent, we should demand from the next Congress that these six thugs go to jail for a very long time, all the money, (not just a few crumbs, $20 million) should be returned to a independently guarded international fund. This must occur before one more dime from the American - taxpayer is thrown into this colossal cesspool of corruption. Agree?

In our series, we will examine who planted the Money Tree and why. We can not succeed unless we have some discussion regarding the creation of the IMF. We will attempt to reveal why the IMF was developed. It's current role in international funding and resource, must be examined, as it relates to the promotion of the next global Money tree trimming party. The IMF tree is a ripe and pleasant species planted and groomed for the privileged few who dwell here with us on planet Earth.

The next follow-up installment will review the unholy alliance that the IMF has with the World Bank. The third installment will investigate the Russian privatization effort; it's brief life, which lead to this carefully crafted dastardly-gangster-plot. The plot was designed to leave the store unattended, agile insiders quietly opened the largest vault in the world, leaving only a handful of empty beer cans and a family of starving roaches on welfare. In other words, they didn't leave much money or hope for the courageous Russian people.

This carefully planned criminal enterprise proved to be a perfect scheme to pull off the crime of the century. By any stretch, what ensued by any standards was a monster theft to the tenth power.

In the fourth installment, we will discuss the actual theft and name the prime suspects. We will finish the series with some recommendations to put safe guards in place and re-design this global gum- ball machine.

The Western world waits for answers, while this giant money-marvel quietly continues to fund approved commitments in an unsure and unsafe environment. Is it possible that this giant slush fund is still at risk? We think it may be.

How could the managing directors at the IMF, who supposedly oversee some 2,600 intelligent financial advisors around the world, be this careless? Collectively, they look pretty dumb in their crime or malfeasance. There is no graceful way to explain how you loose this amount of money with impunity, and sustain even a marginal amount of job security.

Billions were siphoned off, as the Harvard educated silk suits looked on and in the process were out maneuvered and supposedly duped. The legendary "Money Tree" was then turned upside down and summarily looted. Were the Ivy Leaguers not street smart enough or were their sunglasses possibly a little too dark?

Sadly, if we elect to exert a small amount of interest in this political crime story, the spin of the powerful secret-rich will quickly reinvent the story and circumvent the truth. People have short attention spans, especially when the losses do not directly effect their personal weekly paychecks.

Long range basement planning will surely be on the rise. New well-defined plans of One World Governments will sharpen their willpower. Silently, they will press on, seeking to quietly usurp as much power and wealth as they can stuff into their greedy little pockets. Jesse James -like western bandits without any reason but greed for malice. No farms to rescue and little fanfare to sell.

To what mortal end, only time will tell. But to be sure, these sleek backroom super -rich and power hungry megalomaniacs are at deadly logger- heads with what's good for the run of the mill, rank and file America. They've been hiding in the wood work of high offices chipping away slowly, ever so slowly making gains, securing bigger beach heads low these many years. The secret of their success is deep motionless anonymity. It must be tough having a copula of billion dollars stashed in a Swiss bank account available for a rainy day, married or single.

Elitists fringe groups have been trying to steer the world's economic system for the last 50 years and they are improving at it. Quietly secrete groups peddle their version of a bright New World, advancing their hidden agendas, as they march onward into the bold new frontiers. The devil's most essential first job is to explain away his existence. Once this is complete, people and even nations will slip into bed with warm comfortable hearts feeling that everything is just fine.

When the morning comes, it will bring new opportunities for growth and prosperity. How many times have your heard slick one media prophets denounce conspiracy theories as so much bunk! Think about all the crying and screaming scandals that have turned out to be brutally true.

Popular wisdom proclaims that there will be more looting if we refuse to learn the valuable lessons from the latest savage attack by this corrupt new Russian rat pack. Will Global rip-off's, like the one we just experienced in the old Soviet Union, become an open opportunity seized by the power-hungry elite, to reshuffle the international monetary deck?

Is that what we want? The mountains of wealth earned and saved by hard work and the release of ingenuity locked into the fabric of Western society, redirected by these powerful hairless thugs? Once again, global agendas are silently flushed near running toilets by supreme power brokers and their shoeless gang, deeply en-coded Mafia mole-like slugs; singing a thin harmony, in B very flat. "B" like in Billions?

Growing international corruption compounds everything. Like a bad math puzzle pushes on your learning curve turning oatmeal into brains. The free press quietly peeking through window like a swarm of African bee's opportunities keeps holding on to their breath, looking for the fast-breaking stories and a few hundred bucks. Crooks running in unchecked circles beneath a white-hot sun, with millions of stolen wallets. Ruthless political people with high titles staying in elegant five star hotels. Newsworthy wealthy ruling classes on every continent. Mountains of available cash to get things done their way. Could they, would they, be this methodical and this hell bent on being diabolical?

There are three big oak trees lined with cash in the Global village, along the highway; The mysterious IMF. The wide and powerful autocratic rule, of the heavily funded World Bank. The heavy- handed Federal Reserve System. Like a mad Detroit steamroller at full throttle, the Fed climbs over distant hills, we haven't even seen yet, to bulldoze reason down.

Trillion of tons of growth capital up in tee-pee smoke. Stolen glances and toothless Russian grins. The mesh and smell of death, wielding a weighty economic sharpened bloodless sword. Can we see who the real enemies have become? Together they have commingled blood; grown a three headed gorilla in the process with a private machine gun heart, PT boats full of rabid- dog attorneys, lock step with eager spin doctors whom also make a living while visiting in Russia.

Together a crowded Ferris wheels, across America count shooting stars, while thugs all dressed up with no place to go, dare to dream, some shattered, some broken. Carefully woven baskets, against the colder night, blended busloads of merging ice cold hundred dollar bills with the super body politic. Calling themselves hirelings of the new necessary protectors, unknowingly they use our well-spent apathy to shepherd us toward new and higher destinies, where if we took the time to look, we may not whish to go.
