Before we get into the history of the CFR, I would like to pause for just a moment and say thanks to a real American, Mr. Bernard Goldberg. Goldberg is a 28 year veteran CBS reporter who's new book, due to be released in January, blows the whistle on managed news for what it really is "contrived, pointed and biased reporting from the liberal left, with lots of secret hidden agendas."

The elite media, as it has long been referred to in the past, is dangerous business, because they can lie, spin or under-report on a variety of news to pave opportunities for massive public deception and criminal political fraud, when it comes to hidden agendas of the ever growing New World Order. As an aside, it is important to note that thanks to President Bush's new favorite friend, PM Blair, England is now changing their strict media ownership laws.

These new UK laws will allow Fox News, {thought to be fair and balanced} owner Rupert Murdoch to own more than the current 20% of radio and  newspapers and television, in the UK, which his world organization has been held to for the last 5 years.

In a startling new policy and parallel development, Fox News in New York, have been show casing a number of Council On Foreign Relations spokespersons on their early morning hit show Fox and Friends and on their evening shows, widely supporting the new Bush big grab for more government power and military tribunals.

Guy's like O'Reilly at $25 million and Rush-Ba in radio at near the same confluence of high dollar gab-flab, would not merit such hefty dollars, if they were not in some beneficial way part of the media problem, protecting their super rich salaries, and serving their questionable masters. Quietly, but in resolute ways, each media super-star keeps defending the administration and both double-speak artists keep asking lots of "soft" hard questions about second rate news stories, stories and issues meant to keep our eye's off the true and more pressing events that need much more in-depth coverage!

The giant worldwide corrupt managed media is the quiet servant of the secret societies and has served them extremely well in all seasons these last 100 years, because the world media is owned by wealthy elite and that means we must learn to question everything they purport to be true!  If you learn anything from the "Diamond in the rough commentary," it will be to perfect your skills at being an ardent skeptic, especially where the government and the media shake hands and the International bankers lend billions of fiat dollars for trumped up causes, at the tax-paying public's expense.

The Council on Foreign Relations, {CFR} which is thought to be the oldest of the modern secret societies in the group, grew out of a number of high level meetings during the onset of World War I. Colonel Edward Mandell House special advisor to then President Woodrow Wilson began meetings in which over 100 prominent men, would have regular private discussions regarding what direction the post war world should take for the best economic growth, of the now G-7 young industrial nations.

As many students of the secret societies have pointed out in the past, Colonel House described himself as an ardent Marxist socialist, very much favoring early Global concepts reflected in Wilson's now famous "Fourteen Points" presented to Congress on January 8, 1918. Some of these key ideas called for dramatic removal of all trade and economic barriers. A general equality between the nations and the creation of a general association of nations i.e. the first seeding of the idea for something like the United Nations.

All of this sounds acceptable to a point and innocent enough, no need to sound whistles or ring the alarms. But if one looks closely at House's 1912 book entitled "Philip Dru: Administrator," House describes a national conspiracy within the US with directed goals of creating; a central bank, a graduated income tax and complete control of both American political parties. Within two years of the publishing of his controversial book, two out of the three objectives were completely fulfilled.

 As with each of these radical un-American secret societies, there seems to be an unholy alliance between the rich elite, traditional Ivy League universities (which they believe lends credibility to their ideologue selfish elitists points of view.) These trial balloons, usually consisting of draft concepts or books followed by political action and sobering reality put forth concepts that shape future political events.

Add to this bon-fire the sophisticated control of the vast world news media and complete domination of the richest banking system on our planet i.e. the Federal Reserve, and they have every reason to believe that nothing is beyond their gain or harvesting.

An absolute hallmark of the true CFR cunning and hidden agenda is well planned and contrived disruptions. The bigger disruption the better. Of course the ultimate of all disruption is war! Who stands to profit most of all from war is the industrial military complex not the parents who send their young men and women to foreign battlefields to die.

This is exactly why the little known but true reality comes into play; the Fed and the foreign collection of bankers that make up the financial trust, lend billions upon billions to nations, {often representing both sides of the conflict} so that planes and bombs and other military munitions can be purchased in the war effort by the nations at odds with each other.

 The Federal Reserve gets to loan billions to the member banks who lend the money to the warring nations. In turn the military industrial complex reaps huge benefits in selling their product lines to the military and so it goes the rich get richer and the tax -payer pay the bills to the third and the fourth generations.

 The same elite mult-billionaries that have a large financial stake in the International banking systems hedge their bets by jointly owning the big corporations, including the news media who profit from the conflict in many ways. Not just financially, but also politically in different strategic parts of the world. Our current war of global terror fits this paradigm so very well in every aspect that it is almost sickening.

Their underlings and junior peer group {smart CFR types}, many young aspiring intellectuals, which are drawn into the web of deceit by the thrust and promise of wealth and power, go out on elite media owned stations to preach whatever may be the gospel that serves the immediate moment by moment goals of the current war or disruption, which was carefully planned by senior members of the controlling groups months and often years in advance.

To indicate how good and bad policy can have far reaching effects upon the loosing nations, Germany and the Central Powers, were forced to accept the Treaty of Versailles, authored by the President Wilson and the West, influenced by the Council on Foreign Relations, which called for tormenting war reparations against Germany in 1919.

This action ruined and drove the German economy to the brink of mass poverty, making ripe the call for a renewed effort and opening the door wide for Hitler's rise to power. Which also included bringing with it the lure and charm of a nationalistic optimism (And the Nazi's brisk rise to brutal power in the political vacuums), and the coming of the second- world war. Over 400,000 Americans lost their lives and that war cost our tax payer multiple billions of dollars.

The International bankers quickly learned that war generated fat profits and mountains of cash and loan debts to fuel the fire of their unbridled ambitions! Having a ready and learned advocacy in the CFR to put forth their evil tripe as gospel and growing ownership of the world media was a perfect fit to enlarging whatever schemes they wanted to put their hands upon, create from scratch or endeavor to generate, with the willing assistance of their cross pollinated secret society brethren.
