Greetings from Jerusalem!
We must be doing something right! We normally get a virus attack once or twice a
week! This week we had a total of ten, with seven on one day! That is a record.
We thank the Lord for a believer who is a computer technician and keeps up on
the latest for dealing with viruses.
It is reported that there is concern that Israel’s hotel industry will
collapse! Hotel bookings are reported to be down 81% in Tiberius, 80% in Netanya
and 75% in Jerusalem and with all other areas in similar conditions.
It is said that Shimon Peres is the real Prime Minister of Israel as Sharon gave
veto power to Peres over Israel's military response to the Palestinian intifada.
This is a contradiction created by the "Unity Government" especially
as Sharon once said, "Peres has given Israel away" due to Peres
fathering the "Oslo Process". BUT, it is reported that the USA CIA
believes Israel's Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has decided to launch a
retaliatory full-scale attack on Palestinian-controlled territory if there is
another large successful suicide bombing attack. It seems that Peres might be
coming around to the conclusion that such an action against the Palestinian
Authority would be necessary.
Multiple, major terrorist attacks were thwarted in Haifa due to intelligence
warnings and efficient police work. Haifa was close for many hours while a
search was conducted, which resulted in finding several strategically place
bombs. They were all safely detonated.
A senior Hevron-area Fatah terrorist was killed, and nine Tanzim terrorists were
wounded, in an explosion in a Fatah headquarters. PA sources reported that IDF
missiles hit them, but evidence points to the explosion was most likely the
result of a "work accident" by terrorists preparing bomb materials as
was admitted by PA officials for an explosion in a refugee camp near Shechem,
which injured two terrorists wanted by Israel.
The IDF announced that it would be establishing emergency centers in several
cities around the world to help Israelis abroad return home in the event of war.
The centers will be set up in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris,
Johannesburg, Frankfurt, Bombay, Amsterdam, and Bangkok.
It is reported that that the Hadassah chain of hospitals in Israel "has
been ratcheting up" its medical preparations.
Police spokesmen say that a gag order has been placed on the investigation of
three Tamizi family members killed outside their Arab village of Idna. It was
first reported that Jewish radicals were responsible for the shootings but
evidence is reported to have come to light, which point the killings as the work
of Palestinians eliminating "informants" who help Israel. But because
of contradicting evidences there is a reported doubt that anyone was killed at
all and the whole episode was staged in order to inflame responses against
Israel.
The Israeli government announced it has captured Enis Mahmoud Namoura, a
resident of Dura, near Hebron, "a second lieutenant serving in Arafat's
special protection unit and acts as one of Arafat's bodyguards whenever the
latter is in Bethlehem, Ramallah or Hebron." It is reported that Namoura
revealed that the PA sent him to Algeria in 1995 to be trained in
"sabotage, with emphasis on assembling and detonating bombs". Since
returning to the PA territories, he has served as one of Arafat's bodyguards
while simultaneously serving in the Tanzim, which is a part of Arafat's Fatah
movement that leads ongoing violence against Israel. Namoura admitted his
involvement in a number of terrorist attacks.
The 9th of Av, Sunday July 29th, is a scheduled day in
which there are those who want to take a "Corner Stone" for the coming
Temple up to the Temple Mount. BUT …history as far back as the tenth century
records that an existing "Cornerstone of the Temple" is already there.
Also it has been identified! There is no need to attempt to "take a
cornerstone" up to the Temple Mount! The present day attempts are basically
means of advertisement for fund raising activities. Prophetically it is far more
important for the Mount of Olives to be in full control of Israel for Temple
re-construction than the need for a "stone"! Without the Mount of
Olives there cannot be a new Temple! The realization and acceptance of the
identity of the Messiah, Christ, will not happen without a Temple restoration,
especially with the over fifty reasons why "Jesus" or
"Yeshua" is not accepted as the Messiah by Jewish people! Have you
ever considered that the Jewish Temple re-construction is God’s plan for
end-time World Evangelism?
